It's hot. I'm exhausted. But I was able to run for an extra 6 minutes before the vomit feeling took over AND make it to the 2 mile mark. WIN.
I'm going to soak in a bathtub of ice cubes now...the knee hurts and it's just too damn hot to do anything else.

i LOVE ice baths! I know it sounds ridiculous, but after training for a marathon, I now think about a cold bath more than I think about what food I am going to gobble up after I am done with a long run. It always helps with preventing unbearable muscle soreness and makes me feel invincible! Learn to love them :-)
